Traditional Mexican food will have its place in Miami’s Icon Brickell condo once Cantina La Veinte debuts Monday.
The waterfront eatery will serve dishes costing between $9-$35 and a menu of more than 260 tequilas and mezcals.
The menu also includes dishes like chicharrón de rib eye, which is fried rib eye chunks served with guacamole priced at $23 and dobladitas de jaiba suave, a plate of crunchy soft shell crab served in flour tortillas with jalapeño sauce priced at $21.
Mexican architectural firm Niz + Chauvet designed the 450-seat restaurant located at 465 Brickell Ave. Mexico-based hospitality firm Cinbersol Group brought the concept to Miami.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Wednesday from noon until midnight and Thursday though Saturday from noon to 1 a.m.
Sunday brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and happy hour is Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m
